Contact & Product Questions

For a product question

Have the product name, bag size, lot code and best-before date ready. A clear photograph of the package and your question can help the manufacturer identify the exact product.

For an existing order

Open the order record in the account used at checkout for delivery, seller contact and available return or refund options. Please do not send payment details or account passwords in a product enquiry.
